Congrats to our Interpreters!

Above, staff members and Director Garet Livermore at Great Camp Santanoni early this season.

Congrats to our historic interpreters on wrapping up the 2014 tour season! This has been a really great crew. They’ve done a lot – they gave wonderful tours, greeted guests in our gift shop, completed projects with historic exhibits, tour statistics and our nature trails and performed amazing feats of housekeeping, grounds keeping and dish washing. Kelsey, Leigh, Frankie and Helen really took this summer and made it their own with endless photos, geology puns, out-of-camp Adirondack adventures, stoop singing, and dance parties. They’re involvement with camp life was wonderful, and it was fun to see them taking advantage of a summer in the ADKs.

With a staff as small as ours, a dedicated tour crew is vital to making a season as successful as this one has been. Best wishes to all as you head out of camp for the winter – we hope to see you back soon!
